Cassandra Rhines was a beautiful young woman who lived on the southwest side of Minneapolis. In June 1985, the then 19-year-old went missing after not showing up for her goddaughter’s birthday party. Her whereabouts would not be known for almost 30 years until her remains were discovered over 190 miles away.
